We're interested in hearing from all type of agents or small agencies looking to partner with a host agency like LUXE. We have very heavily experienced agents with longstanding clients and we have agents relatively new to the travel industry who are building their business. All share a desire for the hands-on focus and personal touch that LUXE offers.
There are no membership, plan or "start up" fees. Our relationships are negotiated directly with each agent on a case-by-case basis and are dependent upon the type and needs to the traveling clients and the expectations and needs of the agent. We know after many years working with independent agents that the relationship must be balanced and mutually beneficial.
Our basic programs are generally based on a share of commissions and revenue earned on transaction booked through LUXE Travel. The share retained by LUXE Travel covers all of the basic host agency services. Add-on services such as regular full-time agent back up assistance, invoicing assistance, or enhanced research may require additional charges, but these are generally rare.
LUXE reviews and renews all agent agreements annually in January. This enables us to take into consideration any significant changes in the industry, the agent's requirements or the structure of the agency and make revisions as needed. Generally agreements renew with very minimal changes.
Although all of our systems are selected to be 100% compatible with Sabre. We provide a real hands-on approach to make sure all our Indepenent Agents are fully trained and comfortable with Sabre.
